Life is good. Life is really good. In fact, life is perfect. I have no complaints, and honestly, no regrets. Everything has happened to lead me here, back at this screen, a new man, seeing things in a new light. I think the last two months, at least, have been some of the best moments of my young life. I've been working hard, of course, but everything just fits together. Like the fragments of a childhood have come together, a finished puzzle, and i'm the man they created.
Life is simple. Between my writing, my work, and my family, there really isn't much else. Smiles and laughter. Silly dreams, make-shift dinner creations and birthdays. I can't begin to point a finger at all the things that have happened, I don't really want to. All I know is i'm glad they did.
I'm in a very positive place, and i'm staying put.
Peace.

Once I was sitting next to a tree just reading my English studies when I fell back into a gopher hole beside the tree. Down, down I tumbled into the blackness before coming to an abrupt halt onto a layer of molding leaves and grass clippings. As my eyes adjusted to the dim light, I looked around, afraid of this strange place. "Knock knock," came a voice out of the darkness. How odd as the figure moved closer, it appeared to be an ordinary hammer. "Knock knock," it spoke again moving to my feet. "W-who's there?" I asked it, bewildered by these odd occurrences and that a hammer should be talking to me. It was then that the hammer pulled out a screw driver and stabbed me.
